After-Delivery Inspection Rules

This Inspection Policy applies to all jewelry products sold on our website, especially for high-value and high-dispute-risk items, to ensure fair, transparent, and verifiable dispute handling between both parties.

1. Pre-Shipment Official Verification Video

For all high-value and dispute-sensitive jewelry products, we will complete a full authenticity and quality inspection before shipment. We will record a complete, unedited pre-shipment inspection video showing the real product condition, details, and seal status. This official verification video will be sent to the buyer for confirmation before shipping.

2. Buyer’s Unboxing Video Recording

After receiving the package, buyers are allowed and recommended to record their own full unboxing video. The unboxing video must start with the intact original security seal and complete package status, and continuously record the entire unsealing and product checking process.

3. Dispute Judgment Standard

In case of any quality, authenticity, or condition dispute, our official pre-shipment video and the buyer’s complete unboxing video will be used as dual valid evidence for verification and final judgment. Any dispute without valid video records will be reviewed based on our pre-shipment inspection files.
